In my view, the Expertises and Legal environment will dictate the Head Quarter or the head office location. We could have some braches in other countries including Egypt of course, but the head office needs to be outside of Egypt to have an international flexibility. We probably need to have few opinions around this

Once the first decision is made, we defiantly will need at least 4 -5 teams in deferent areas such as

Legal & Commercial advisers in the Head Quarters and in Egypt

Commercial and Broker Advisers in the Head Quarters and in Egypt

Once we get the teams, we will have few meeting to organise the Bank main investment activities and strategies. Once the Bank strategies and objectives are set

, the teams ( Comity) will need to chose the board of the directors and Chairman normally between

people including 3 Executives officers. Executive Offices will be CEO (Chef Executive Officer),CFO (Chef Financial Officer) & CIO (Chef Information Officer) as well as the company secretary (Legal Officer). This will be
the first mile stone. I think it will take us from 4-6 months to get to this point

The directors will start issuing what is known as the prospectors and rase part of the Capital under the new legal business name. Before the share is floated, the Directors will have the legal responsibility and obligations for the prospectors they issue to the financial markets. The Bank directories will be responsible for floating the Bank into the financial markets and will remain until the 1st General Meeting after the float. Based on the directors reports to the market and their financial and previse expertises the Brokers we give some guide around the potential share price. Once we get to this stage, this will be the second mile stone. I expecte this will take 3-6 months after the 1st mile stone
we would be able to invest in any activities any where in the world including Egypt. Their are few sectors in Egypt where we can generate a good and high return in both long and short term investments, such Home Loans, Real state , Foods & restaurants chains + small business... caffes, smal departments stores, also supermarkets shops as well as Gold Shops. Once we get to this stage, I can give a good list of business mangers and people who can do a briliate job in Egypt. [/RIGHT]
