Unfortunately this is on of our main weakness as Egyptians,... ... we fail before we even try.... all international companies do take customer complains very serious.

To my surprise I receive an apologetic reply came from KFC Egypt within 48 hours. Moreover the chairman of KFC contacted me at home with profound apology and offered me a complement feast when I am back to Egypt

You should have recorded this conversation .... because, that person will be changed before your next visit to Egypt ... or will suffer from a loss of memory ....  .
