Do you have a link for sites in English that reply to the "so called" errors in Creating the Universe in Genesis . I need to reply to this : إقتباس:

What the bible says about creation
What the bible says about creation:
1- There was a beginning (Gen1: 1) before that no time-space domain >>> there is a creator 2- The creation took place in orderly steps, and the bible called it "days" and it goes also for "ages" 3- Every species was created "according to its own kind" … so there is no macro-evolution (one species changes to another) 4- God stopped creation in the end of the process (God rested: Genesis 2:2) The link between Science and Creation :It is all about giving Earth (not Heaven) a form from the formless start The key concept is to start looking at the steps of creation from the Spirit of God view point >>>> 1- "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" (Gen1: 1) … this should include everything in heaven and earth: i.e. the stars , galaxies, sun, moon and even the Earth with all raw materials like soil, water and everything that is not living yet 2- "And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters" (Gen 1:2): this should confirm that we are not speaking about forming earth from scratch, it already had waters, and the Spirit of God is upon the face of these earthy waters And it is very important to recognize the presence and location of "Spirit of God" … this would be our reference location "face of the waters" 3- " And God said, Let there be light: and there was light" (Gen 1:3) If we took our reference point as the "face of the waters", where the Spirit of God was hovering over, then we can understand that: The light became visible from the vantage point of the Spirit of God i.e. if you are looking from "face of the waters" like the Spirit of God So this is not about creating light but about making light visible to earth, as the light was created from the start when it was said "God created the heavens and the earth" This can be confirmed by the next verse "God divided the light from the darkness. And God Called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night" (Gen1: 4-5) So the light, being visible to earth, it was further divided into day and night But the light/dark cycle was not visible enough through the formless gases around the early Earth to recognize the Sun and Moon yet Science approves: The dense gases around the early Earth would become translucent allowing small amount of light to reach the surface of the Earth >>> Vital for photosynthesis and the next step of plant creation 4- " And God said, let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters." (Gen1: 6) Here God separated the clouds (waters) from oceans (waters) Here, also, the earth was one big pool of water (one big ocean) Science approves: With light getting into the surface of Earth, the heated water would evaporate into clouds. This would start the hydrological cycle needed for life. 5- " And God said, Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together to one place, and let the dry land appear; and it was so" (Gen1: 9) Here God gathered the oceans (waters), so that the dry lands might appear "And God called the dry land, Earth. And He called the gathering together of the waters, Seas. And God saw that it was good" (Gen1: 10) Science approves: The next logical step after the light accessing into Earth and evaporation of some waters to form clouds.. the remaining waters would gather allowing dry land to appear 6- Then the next steps after the appearance of dry land is to "Let the earth put forth grass" (Gen1: 11) Science approves: Of course, this grass appearance needed the previous visibility of Light/Dark cycle, the gathering of waters, and the appearance of dry land 7- Then the Light/dark cycle become more specific and more visible from the surface of the Earth (Gen1: 14-18) From the prospective of "Spirit of God" on the face of waters, God made the sky clearer so that the stars, the Sun, the Moon and everything else in the sky became more visible "for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years" (Gen1: 14) Science approves: This implicates that the earth atmosphere became more clear (Less dense atmosphere) and more oxygen-filled (with the grass doing photosynthesis) and ready for the next step 8- Then the next step would be to "Let the waters swarm with swarms of living creatures" (Gen1: 20) Now it is ready for the first form of animals i.e. sea animals (that need oxygen and cannot do photosynthesis like plants and grass) Science approves: Notice that the first life form was in the sea as science tells us Then other creatures followed (Gen1: 21-25) "And God created the great sea-monsters, and every living creature that moveth, wherewith the waters swarmed, after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind: and God saw that it was good" (Gen1: 21) 9- Then God created man "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth" (Gen1: 26) Science approves: The order of appearance according to geological records is sea animals, land animals, and then lastly Man So, as we can see it is all about what happened on Earth from the prospective of a watching eye sitting on "the face of the waters", which is the same prospective of the Spirit of God (Gen1: 2) Ref: Ralph O.
