Do u have more than 1 account on icq
may be u have 1 and ur sister or brother have another

here is a way to add already registerd user with no internet connection

make a registrey file by following those steps

open the notepad (by choosing run from start menu
then type notepad)

then file menu > Save As

from save as field change it to all files
and in the encoding field change it to unicode

then type the name of the file u will save to it with the extension .reg

ok now go to the place u saved ur file to
right click on it and choose edit
in the notepad paste the following

Here is what u should change:
*01 > here u should paste the icq number that u wish to added its 8 digits i think
*02 > here u should paste the name that will be used in the change the active user menu
if u installed the icq in a different directory than the defult
u should write the new location in in every line under the sounds but with the same format
