On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Following this historic act the Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and "to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories.

فى عام 1948وضعت هيئة الامم المتحدة اعلان حقوق الانسان العالمى ... فى مداخلتى هذه سوف اركذ فقط على الماده التاسعة عشر التى تقول:

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

كل شخص له الحق فى حرية الرائ والتعبير. هذا الحق يشمل الحريه فى اظهار الرائ بدون تدخل و طلب واستقبال واستحضار معلومات وافكار باى طرق بدون حدود... هكذا بكل صراحة وبكل بيان من حقى ان اعبر عما اريد باى طريقة كانت. التعصب المحمدى فشل فى احترام حقوق الانسان. من حقى ان اقول هذا طالما لم اتعدى على حقوق احد. اذا لم استطع ان اعبر عن رائ لى بوضوح دون خوف من سجن او قتل او تعذيب او اضطهاد. فانا اعيش فى مجتمع و نظام يضرب بالقوانين الدولية عرض الحائط. للحديث بقية. الصعيدى
