so , follow these procedures to check it out
start | control panel|regional and language options|languages
check in the install files for complex ****** and right to left languages
( note) probably you will need to put the windows cd in the cd drive
then click on the advanced tab
,in "select in the language for non-unicode program window "
choose Arabic (Egypt)
don't forget to press O.K. lol
