مساعدة رجال الأمن للخاطف (حاميها حراميها )


بلاغ لمن يهمه الأمر

في يوم الخميس الموافق 26/5/2005 م خرجت السيدة / هناء غالي خليل من مسكنها وهي أم لطفلين هما :

أبانوب وعمره نحو 12 سنه بالصف السادس الابتدائي .

مينا وعمره نحو 9 سنوات بالصف الثالث الابتدائي .

وهي متزوجه من السيد / وجيه فريد عويضه ومقيمة 25 ش محمود رخا بمنطقة عزبة رستم دائرة قسم ثاني شبرا الخيمة , ولم ترجع إلي منزل الزوجية حتى تاريخه .

قام زوجها السيد / وجيه فريد عويضه بعمل بلاغ رسمي بتاريخ 31/5/2005 م بقسم ثان شبرا الخيمه وحتي تاريخه لم يقم القسم بعمل أي تحريات .

وقد تبين أن هذه السيدة قد تم اختطافها من قبل السيد / محمد هلا ل صاحب ورشة حدادة بالمنطقة وهو معروف بانحطاط أخلاقه وممارسته أعمال البلطجه كما تبين بحسب كلامه بأن القسم كله معاه وبيساعده في هذا الموضوع ويسهل له عملية أجراء إشهار إسلام هذه السيدة وأنه قد قام بإخفائها لمحاولة إجبارها أو إقناعها للدخول في الإسلام .

تم عمل بلاغ رسمي أخر علي يد السيد/ هاني عايد المحامي بتاريخ 3/6/2005 م باتهام السيد / محمد هلال رسمياً باختطافها وبرغم ذلك وحتى تاريخه لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراءات ضده او حتى مجرد استدعاؤه لأخذ أقواله

نحن نستصرخ كل ذي ضمير حي بعمل كل ما يلزم لمنع هدم هذه الأسرة وعدم تدمير مستقبل هذين الطفلين اللذين في حاجة لرعاية الأب ولحنان الأم .

كما هو معروف عن هذه المنطقة أنها هي التي خرج منها الأشخاص اللذين قاموا بعمليات أرهابية في الفترة الماضية - بعد أن نعمت مصرنا الحبيبة بفترة هانئة هادئة وادعة كانت خلالها سالمة من شرور مثل هذه العمليات - وذلك بفضل تستر قلة لا يهمها ألا نظرة عمياء ولا يهمها أمن بلدنا الحبيبة

تختطف نساءنا - تنتهك أعراضنا وتدمر عائلاتنا ويضيع مستقبل أولادنا وتمارس ضدنا كل انواع البلطجة , وعندما نقوم بعمل بلاغات للجهات المختصة ويتبين الاشخاص المتهمين فيها يقوم الاشخاص المنوط بهم حماية الحقوق أما بالتستر علي الفعلة المجرمين أو التقصير في ادائهم الأمن علي حساب فئة مستضعفة لا حول لهل ولا قوة لها إلا بالله

كما أنه مرفق شهادة ميلاد الأم ثابت منها عدم تغيير الديانة حتي تاريخ 6/6/2005 م .

Dear Mr President

On Thursday May 26, 2005 Mrs. Hanna Ghaly Khalil (an Egyptian Christian woman) left her house normally, never to return. Hanna is a mother of two children: Abanob who is 12 years old 6th grade and his brother Mena 9 years old 3rd grade.

Mrs Hanna is the wife of Mr. Wageh Freed Oysah. They reside at 25 Mahmood Racha Street in the village of Rastom, Shobra Al Kamah, Cairo Egypt.

On May 31, 2005 Mr. Oysah has reported the disappearance of his wife at Shobra Al Kamah, 2nd Division, Police station. Up to date no investigation has been conducted in the matter.


The private and individual investigation has proved that Mrs. Hanna was kidnapped by a Muslim man, Mr. Mohammed Halal, the owner of an iron -monger workshop in the same vicinity. Mr Halal is well-known in the surrounding, of his low morals and violence. According to his statement, he assured that Mrs Hanna is under his control and that all officers at the police station support him in the hold up of Mrs Hanna until she officially announces her conversion to Islam.

On the 3rd of June, 2005 Mr Hany Aayed, Solicitor, has lodged a police report accusing Mr Halal of kidnapping Mrs Hanna. In spite of that and up to date no action or even an interrogation has been conducted by the authorities with Mr Halal.

We the Copts are suffering from cold blooded religion terror campaign. Our sisters, wives, mothers are being abducted under our own nose and forced to convert to Islam, while using on them the worst forms of abuse, with the help and applaud of the Egyptian authorities.

We urge you Sir to look into this serious matter and put an end to the Egyptian Government irresponsible actions.

We anticipate your prompt attention and swift action guided by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
