PROJECT MANAGER - Marine Works - 4 No's CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Marine works - 4 No's Degree in Civil / Marine Engineering with more than 10 years experience in marine construction works, sheet piling, breakwaters, jetties, harbours, dredging, marinas, reclaimation works, bridges, etc. Should be a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and be fluent in English and Arabic. Gulf Experience and working with oil companies could be an advantage. PROJECT MANAGER - Building Works - 2 No's Degree in Civil Engineering with more than 10 years experience in hotel / large multi-complexes Must be contractually strong with excellent project management and communication skills, Must be quality and safety conscious, should possess good knowledge of material and trades and have excellent leadership skills. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Building Works - 2 No's Degree in Civil Engineering with more than 10 years experience in Engineering and Construction supervision of subcontractors in Buildings and Industrial facilities. Good communication and computer skills with the ability to manage a large group of workers working under him are a must. COST CONTROL ENGINEER - Civil - 2 No's Cost Control Engineer - Mechanical - 2 No's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in construction industry. Should have knowledge of Costing / Estimation / Budgeting / and monitoring costs for civil works - buildings, industrial works / marine construction works or for mechanical fabrication works - piping and tanks. Knowledge of management accounting and quantity computations / material knowledge could be an advantage. LEAD QA / QC ENGINEER - Civil - 2 No's LEAD QA/QC ENGINEER - Mechanical - 2 No's LEAD QA/QC ENGINEER - Electrical & Instrumentation - 2 No's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with Lead Auditor / Quality Management /Internal Auditor training. Experience of implementing ISO 9001 on construction sites involving civil and / or electromechanical works including piping and steel fabrication. Must be computer literate. Good presentation skills essential and must be able to prepare Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans and Method Statements. Oil company project experience will be an advantage. HR MANAGER - 1 No. Should be a graduate in any discipline with specific post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management. More than 10 years experience with all HR issues such as policies, recruitment, grading and salary structure, appraisals, welfare. Those with similar Gulf experience may have an advantage. QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Civil - 2 No's QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Mechanical - 2 No's Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with affiliation with Professional QS institutes. Should be able to compute quantities from first principles, using FIDIC guidelines, be able to compile bid during tenders and / or coordinate on site measurements. Should be proficient in responding to change orders, variations, and correspondence with clients. Good command of the English language required. MEP COORDINATOR - 2 No's Degree in mechanical / electrical engineering with major exposure to mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations for buildings / industrial installations. Must be proficient in HVAC / Small Power and Lighting Design / Installation experience. Knowledge of codes and standards, local authority requirements and testing and commissioning. Should be able to lead discipline engineers and related subcontractors on site. LEAD SAFETY ENGINEERS - 2 No's Degree in mechanical / electrical / civil with diploma in safety / NEBOSH qualifications. At least 10 years experience. Should be able to lead a team of safety officers, and be proactive on site, enforcing safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, training and safety induction / reporting. Ability to prepare HSE documentation such as HSE Plan, procedures, QRA's, HAZOP, HAZID, etc will be an advantage. QA / QC INSPECTOR - Civil - 2 No's QA / QC INSPECTOR MECHANICAL - 2 No's QA / QC INSPECTOR ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION - 2 No's Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 2 - 3 years experience in industrial construction works. Must have knowledge of Project Quality Plan requirements & understanding of ISO 9001 Quality systems. Must be able to follow up with Client / Site Engineers for clearance of job activities and maintain all job related quality documents. Must be computer literate. Good presentation skills and communication skills are essential. SAFETY OFFICERS - 6 No's Diploma / Degree in mechanical / electrical / civil with diploma in Occupational Safety / Health or equivalent. At least 2 - 3 years experience, knowledge of construction / industrial safety requirements and identifying hazards in operations and controls. Experience in roads / bridges works with large multinational companies will be an advantage. Must be computer literate. Good presentation skills and communication skills are essential. |
