On Saturday may 31 , 2008 at 4.00 pm Cairo time a group of terrorist attacked Abo Fana monastery in Malawi, El Minia , Egypt with submachine gun under the state security cover,
Four monks have been injured, and they transferred them to the hospital at the animals cars as they asked for an ambulance and there was no response.
Three more monks and a civilian have been kidnapped, the three monks are back after 12 hours one with a broken leg. There was a lot of tormenting sings in their bodies and it's clear that they brutally tormented, they burned there bodies, cut their ears, they put dust on their mouth, at every time the call the name of the cross.
Inside the monastery they burned a church and a tractor, cut water and electricity, and they besieged the monastery for a long time.
Despite all this, no one moved to protect the monastery neither the governor not the head of the state security.
