هذا الخبر لن تقرأوه في اية صحيفة عربية لان دائرة الاعلام الخارجي في وزارة الاعلام في الامارات والتي تدفع ملايين الدولارات لهذه الصحف انما تفعل ذلك من اجل تستر هذه الصحف عن فضائح الشيوخ عندما تقع .... وحكاية اليوم واحدة من هذه الفضائح التي يقرأها الان جميع سكان اوروبا ويحرم منها القراء في العالم العربي وهو ما نحاول في عرب تايمز ان نعالجه

وباختصار .... نشرت جريدة تريبيون السويسرية اليومية الواسعة الانتشار هذا اليوم ان المحكمة في جنيف امرت الشيخ فلاح ابن زايد بن سلطان ال نهيان بالمثول امامها في مايو عام 2005 للنظر في الدعوى المقامة عليه بالتحرش الجنسي برجل ايطالي امريكي كان في فندق لازيرفي في جنيف

والشيخ فلاح لمن لا يعرف هو احد ابناء الشيخ زايد رئيس دولة الامارات الذي مات قبل ايام وهو يشغل وظيفة مدير ادارة المنظمات في وزارة الخارجية في الامارات التي يشغلها اخوه الشيخ حمدان

ووفقا للخبر فان الشيخ فلاح كان سكرانا في حانة الفندق المذكور في مارس اذار الماضي ولما رأى الشاب الايطالي الامريكي سيلفانو اوراسي تقدم نحوه وهو يحمل زجاجة شمبانيا وتحرش به جنسيا ولما صده الشاب ركع الشيخ على ركبتيه واخذ يبوس برجليه وتدخل المسئولون في الفندق وتم حل المشكلة بتدخل قنصل الامارات في جنيف جمعة الرميثي بعد ان تعهد الشيخ خطيا بدفع مبلف عشرة الاف يورو على ان لا تتسرب الحكاية الى الصحف ولكنها تسربت وجميع قراء اوروبا يتابعون هذه اللحظة الحكابة عن شيوخ الامارات المصابون بالشذوذ الجنسي وهو نفس المرض المصاب به وزير الاعلام الشيخ عبدالله

Un prince des Emirats arabes unis est convoqué dans le bureau du juge d'instruction genevois Yves Aeschlimann afin d'y être inculpé de lésions corporelles simples. Cet homme est le cheik Fallah Bin Sultan El Hayan, fils du cheik Zayed, gouverneur d'Abu Dhabi et des Emirats arabes unis, récemment décédé. Que lui reproche-t-on? D'avoir brutalisé un client de l'Hôtel La Réserve lequel avait porté plainte (nos éditions du 14 mai 2004).

Une bouteille de champagne

Les faits s'étaient déroulés dans la soirée du 19 août 2003. Le plaignant, Silvano Orsi, binational américain et italien, avait expliqué qu'il se trouvait au salon-bar de l'hôtel avec un ami lorsque le cheik Fallah avait fait porter une bouteille de champagne à sa table.

Silvano Orsi n'a pas touché à l'alcool. Quelques minutes plus tard, le fils de l'émir, apparemment ivre, est revenu à la charge. Il se serait assis sur ses genoux et aurait commencé à le toucher et à l'embrasser.

Le plaignant lui a alors demandé de cesser. Mais cheik Fallah pris d'une violente colère, l'aurait giflé avant de le précipiter par terre et de le fouetter avec la boucle métallique de son ceinturon. Selon Silvano Orsi, ni les membres de l'hôtel et de la direction, ni le service de sécurité de l'établissement ne seraient intervenus avec célérité. Dépêché sur place pour calmer le jeu, le consul des Emirats arabes unis à Genève, Jumaa Alromaithi, avait présenté au blessé les excuses du prince.

Afin que l'affaire ne prenne pas des proportions démesurées, il avait proposé à Silvano Orsi un dédommagement de 10 000 euros. «M. Orsi a accepté cet arrangement et il a signé un papier en présence du directeur de l'hôtel. Je croyais que nous avions trouvé un accord et que tout était fini», nous avait déclaré le consul à l'époque.

Le personnel a-t-il réagi?

C'était sans compter sur la ténacité de l'Americano-Italien (fortement atteint dans sa santé suite à cet épisode) qui a porté plainte, puis qui a fait recours contre le classement de cette plainte.

Recours accepté par la Chambre d'accusation laquelle invitait le procureur général à ouvrir une information pour lésions corporelles simples et contrainte. «Les investigations devront également porter sur l'éventuelle implication pénale du directeur, des employés et du service de sécurité de l'Hôtel La Réserve (notamment complicité par omission de lésions corporelles intentionnelles) qui, selon le recourant, ne sont pas intervenus pendant qu'il se faisait battre par cheik Fallah durant la nuit du 19 au 20 août 2003.» Selon l'avocat du cinq étoiles, Me Dominique Warluzel, «La direction conteste avec la dernière vigueur une quelconque implication dans les actes qui se seraient perpétrés.»

En ce qui concerne la convocation pour inculpation de l'émir, Silvano Orsi (actuellement à Rome) est très satisfait: «Je suis très reconnaissant envers la justice suisse. Je ne suis pas un cheik, ni un roi, mais un homme comme les autres, pourtant ma plainte a été prise au sérieux. Ce qui montre que dans votre pays, qu'on soit prince ou balayeur de rue l'appareil judiciaire fonctionne. Quant au cheik Fallah, j'espère que cette convocation pour inculpation le fera revenir sur terre et lui montrera qu'on ne peut pas se comporter n'importe comment.»

L'avocate du plaignant, Me Alessandra Cambi, se montre également optimiste: «Cette convocation signifie que les éléments réunis par le juge sont suffisamment importants et confortent sa conviction que la version de mon client est vraie.»

Cinq mois

Pourquoi la date de la convocation est-elle si éloignée: mai 2005? L'avocate pense que la voie diplomatique pour notifier cette demande au cheik Fallah prend du temps. Ceci nous est confirmé par les greffes du parquet: pour une notification de ce type adressée via Berne aux Emirats arabes unis, il faut compter au minimum cinq mois.

Me Cambi précise que si l'émir ne se présente pas, le juge peut tout de même l'inculper par commission rogatoire et la procédure se poursuivre jusqu'au proc
