Hey Jene,
It depends on where you live. If you live in America, there are many courses, but for most of the good ones you will need to attend school. There is one course for the American accent in my college here in Virginia. If you live in Egypt, there are many courses, but I forgot their names. Remember, learning the American accent will not happen simply by reading a book.
